Rocketbox were approached by NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) with the task of developing a new brand to represent their latest initiative in promoting ‘A Healthier Somerset’ whilst addressing the increasing demands on clinical provision within Somerset.
Called Fit For My Future, this multi year programme is aimed at finding improved ways for both patients and healthcare providers (GPs, Hospitals, Clinicians etc) to work together to produce a more efficient and better connected health and care system.
Having discussed in detail the outcomes for the programme, we were able to develop an effective design brief that clearly explained the reasons and ways that people could get involved and have their say on the future of care provision within the county.
It was clear from the outset, that the chosen identity needed to be accessible and easily understood by individuals both within the public and wider health service. Through the use of clear branding and bespoke illustration, we developed a brand that is both friendly and engaging as well as complimenting all authorities involved in providing the initiative (NHS, NHS Somerset CCG and Somerset County Council).
Our work has spanned a wide range of both print and digital applications, including patient questionnaires, promotional event material and a custom designed, fully-responsive website (www.fitformyfuture.org.uk).
